Feel more confident working with perinatal clients - in just 8 weeks.
If you’re a psychologist, social worker, or mental health clinician who:
- feels unsure navigating perinatal complexity
- understands the theory but wants more confidence in practice
- or wants a strong foundation before further specialist training
Full Circle was designed for you.
Early bird closes 1 April

Perinatal work is complex.Clients may present with:
- anxiety, depression, trauma
- birth-related distress
- identity shifts and relationship strain
- attachment concerns and risk
Often all at once. Many clinicians understand the theory but applying it confidently in practice can feel much harder.
Full Circle bridges that gap.
Over 8 weeks, you will:
✔ Feel more confident holding perinatal complexity
✔ Develop clearer frameworks for assessment and formulation
✔ Strengthen your ability to translate theory into practice
✔ Better understand the emotional and relational shifts of this period
✔ Feel less alone in this area of work
This is about confidence, clarity, and real-world application - not just more information.

Full Circle is designed for:
Psychologists

Particularly those who:
- are new to perinatal work
- want a strong foundational framework
- see perinatal clients but want more confidence
- are considering more intensive training later in the year
This program may not be the right fit if you:
- are already highly specialised in perinatal mental health
- are looking for advanced or intensive training
This is not a one-off workshop.
Full Circle is:
✔ Structured over 8 weeks to support integration
✔ Focused on real clinical application
✔ Grounded in evidence-informed practice
✔ Relational and reflective in approach
✔ Designed by clinicians, for clinicians
Each session builds on the last - supporting deeper thinking, not just more content.
Full Circle reflects the values of Seeds of Sunshine and POP Psychology:
Compassionate, ethical practice
Respect for diversity and lived experience
Reflection over rigid technique
Confidence through understanding
We believe clinicians grow best in environments that are thoughtful, supportive, and connected.

ACT is one of the core frames for intervention in perinatal mental health due to its focus on improving psychological flexibility and applicability to a variety of presenting concerns.
This one day workshop is ideal for those who have either:
a) Experience with ACT but are new to Perinatal work
b) Seeing perinatal clients but new to ACT
Our model of ACT for Perinatal brings together and honours these two pathways of prior learning, so you won't be left behind - whether you are needing to brush up on ACT or want to apply it to PIMH work.
You will come away with a consolidated sense of how to apply ACT to a range of common presenting issues, including:
- Pregnancy loss
- Birth trauma
- Antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression
- Couples difficulties
- Complicated health concerns, including premature birth
- Social support deficits
- Past trauma and vulnerabilities
- Infant care
- Attachment and bonding concerns
