Full Circle Program

Our signature program for introducing mental health clinicians to the field of perinatal and infant psychology. 


Full Circle is run each school term in the online format, 1.5 hours across 8 weeks. 

It is designed as a small group workshop with a maximum of 10 attendees.


We are able to deliver this workshop as a 2-day training package, but there are no upcoming dates at present.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Skills for Perinatal

ACT is one of our core frames for intervention in perinatal mental health, due to its focus on improving Psychological Flexibility, and this frame can be applied to a variety of presenting concerns. 

Who Should Attend

This one day workshop is idea for those who have either:

a) Experience with ACT but are new to Perinatal work

b) Seeing perinatal clients but new to ACT


Our model of ACT for Perinatal brings together and honours these two pathways of prior learning, so that you won't be left behind - whether you are needing to brush up on ACT or want to apply it to PIMH work.

You will come away with a consolidated sense of how to apply ACT to a range of common presenting issues, including:

ELEMENTALS strips it all down to basics! We know that there is need for more psychologists and counsellors to work effectively with kids, teens, and families - but many of us feel unprepared for navigating the many differences inherent in treating younger people. 


And so, based on popular demand, we have developed this two day (or four half-day) workshop that we are confident will equip you with the frameworks of understanding, practical tips and resources, and a starter pack for working with the most common childhood presentations.
